I love to share my talents with those who wish to capture images of themselves, their loved ones, or specific images they are looking for. This business is run under integrity, self-teaching practice, and above all a Christian foundation. This means that the requests from my clients must align within reasonable requests as a family-friendly platform and business. Setting a business model is something I take pride in, and it's important that I practice this model with every client.

By reading this, you are accepting the Terms of Service provided as a binding contract between business and client and you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Photos & Photo Requests must be taken within a friendly environment for all ages. This means that there will be no adult content requested, no boudoir, and no photos involving illegal drugs or alcohol of any kind.

2. Photos will always be watermarked unless requested otherwise by the client. The watermark will appear small in the lower left corner of each image. Removing the watermark in an unauthorized manner will result in termination of the gallery.

3. Photos taken from previous sessions will be used for portfolio and advertisement purposes for the company. 

4. Unauthorized and sold copies are prohibited. 

5. This service makes no presentation or guarantee of customer satisfaction, however, that is what it strives for. 

6. This business holds the right to terminate a service at any time. 

7. 50% Deposit is requested upon planning for the time and date of service, and the other 50% is requested after the service is complete. 

8. When, who, and where are the main goals of every service. 

9. Each individual service can last from 30 minutes to 6 hours, but this holds no guarantee. 

10. Each service holds a week of completion time for uploading, editing, and processing the finished products.
